FAQ
Starting Care in 48 Hours
Quick answers to the questions families ask most when they need help right away.
Can you really start services in 48 hours?
Yes. When a family is facing a hospital discharge or sudden change in health, we can move from the first call to a caregiver in the home in about 48 hours. Some families want a little more time, and that is welcome too.
What do you need from us to get started quickly?
A short phone call is enough to begin. We will ask about the person needing care, current health concerns, and the help you are hoping for. If a hospital or doctor is involved, sharing their contact information helps us coordinate.
Is the in home assessment free?
Yes. The first visit is a no pressure conversation. A care coordinator listens, answers questions, and walks through the home for safety. There is no cost and no obligation to move forward.
What if our needs change after care begins?
The Care Plan is a living document. As health needs, schedules, or preferences change, we adjust hours, tasks, and caregiver assignments to keep the plan a good fit.
What if the first caregiver is not the right match?
Tell us. The relationship between client and caregiver is the foundation of good care. If the fit is not right, we will introduce another caregiver until you feel comfortable and at ease.
Do you provide care on weekends or overnight?
Yes. We schedule care around your life, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts when needed. Share your ideal schedule on the first call and we will build around it.
